1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gorilla Mobile's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gorilla Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd ("Gorilla Mobile," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Services

Gorilla Mobile provides mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) services in Singapore, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile voice calling services
  • SMS and MMS messaging services
  • Mobile data services
  • International roaming services
  • Value-added services

Our services are subject to network availability and coverage limitations. We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or violation of any laws
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
  • Spam, unsolicited communications, or commercial abuse
  • Network interference or security breaches
  • Circumventing usage limitations or restrictions

We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action against violations, including service suspension or termination.

5. Billing & Payment

Payment Terms:

  • Monthly charges are billed in advance
  • Usage charges are billed monthly in arrears
  • Payment is due within 14 days of the bill date
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

Billing Disputes: You must notify us of billing disputes within 90 days of the bill date. Undisputed portions of bills remain due.

Service Suspension: We may suspend service for non-payment after appropriate notice.

6. Termination

By You: You may terminate your service at any time with 30 days' notice. Early termination fees may apply for contract plans.

By Us: We may terminate your service for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of charges
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Network abuse or interference

Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or outages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

  • Immediately upon posting for non-material changes
  • 30 days after notice for material changes

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
